The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
Our latest patient survey in 2023 showed:
- 97% of patients had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to
- 95% of patients find the receptionists helpful
- Overall 88% of patients described their experience of our practice as good
