Practice management

Our Management Team is involved in managing the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Dispensary team

Our trained dispensers and hatch assistants are available Monday to Friday to deal with medication requests, for our dispensing patients. They are also available to deal with queries you may have, if they cannot answer your query immediately, they will speak to the relevant member of the practice team to resolve the matter.
